Our luxurious Holiday Homes and Lodges are all equipped and furnished to a high standard. We are uniquely located with just a gate to go through in to Kings Forest. For your self-catering holiday, you can choose whether to go for a relaxing break and enjoy the Kings Forest, or use your cottage as a base to explore the many local places of interest.
The Log Cabin (Adults Only – Dog Friendly)
The Log Cabin is our most superior self-catering holiday home. It has open plan living, is comfortably furnished and has full-central heating. There are wooden floors throughout the kitchen, dining and lounge area, and it is carpeted in the two bedrooms. For those chilly evenings you can cozy up while watching the large flat screen TV, or if it’s a sunny day then why not sit back on your own private decked veranda and watch the world go by!
The kitchen is fitted with a Range Cooker, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and there is an outside rotary clothes dryer.
The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
The principle bedroom with its Kingsize bed has ample hanging and drawer space in a large walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is light and airy and comes with a single bed, and also has plenty of hanging space.
Please note Linen is NOT included in your stay. If you would like to hire a ‘Linen pack’ for your stay the cost is £25. (Not available if bringing a dog)
We accept well-behaved dogs in the Log Cabin, two small dogs or one med/large dog. They must remain on a lead while outside or walking on the property and not left unattended in the Log Cabin. (£10 fee per dog for the stay. Please note we do not supply the Linen Pack when owners bring dogs.)
WIFI available.
No smoking / vapes or E-cigarettes allowed inside but you can outside – on the veranda.
(Permission must be given for use the Log Burner).

Forest View
A very comfortably furnished 2 storey, 2 bedroom self contained cottage over-looking the beautiful Kings forest. Ideal for self-catering holidays or even long-term rental.
The living area is a large open plan space with kitchen, dining table and comfortable corner sofa and two seater settee. (A highchair can supplied)
The well-equipped kitchen has a Duel Fuel cooker with electric oven and gas hob, there is also a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. (Laundry facilities available on site for long stays only)
If you want to just relax you will find a Flat screen Smart TV with over 100 Freeview channels and free WIFI.
There is one double bedroom and one single bedroom, both bedrooms have ample hanging space and uninterrupted views of the forest.
The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin.
The cottage is full-central heating, guests have use of the communal garden to the side of the property, which has picnic benches and seats to enjoy the view.

Wideham View
A very popular holiday home, it is centrally heated, very comfortable and well equipped. It also has a private balcony, ideal for watching the wonderful sunsets with a glass of your favourite tipple!.
The lounge, dining and kitchen area is open plan and spacious. The large Flat screen Smart TV has Freeview with over 100 channels to choose from, there is also a radio/cd player and free WIFI. You will also find a single sofa bed (by arrangement), downstairs WC and then stairs lead up to the two bedrooms and family bathroom.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven/grill with gas hob, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. The dining table seats 4. (Highchair can be supplied on request) Laundry facilities are available on site if required for long stays.
The principal bedroom has a kingsize bed with a private balcony, wall TV and the second bedroom comes with two single beds. Both rooms have ample hanging and drawer space, and uninterrupted views of the forest.

For customers who wish to bring their horse on holiday to enjoy the wonderful hacking, we have first class stables and turnouts available, but booking is essential due to availability. Bedding and Hay can be purchased, please ask on availability before arrival.
