Booking Terms
The Holiday Cottages are available after 2pm and we kindly ask guests to vacate by 10am on day of departure.
Linen is provided.
Absolutely NO smoking allowed at any time in the Holiday Cottages. Please dispose of any cigarette ends in pots provided.
Maximum occupancy in Forest View at any time is 3 people.
Maximum occupancy in Wideham View is 4 people.
Visitors by prior arrangement with the owners.
Due to the restricted amount of parking, one car per Holiday Home only.
Customers motorvehicles, trailers or horseboxes and their contents are let on the parked at their own risk.
No pets allowed.
Stables and Paddocks
If booked, we will provide a clean bed in the stable or turnout ready for when you arrive.
We kindly ask that the stables are mucked out on departure.
All turnouts must be pooh-picked and loose hay raked up before you leave.
Although we do have mucking out equipment available we cannot always guarantee it will be available, please feel free to bring your own..
Hay and additional bedding can be purchased from us if required.
Any damages must be reported and compensation to be arranged.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required upon confirmation of booking. You will be asked to settle the remaining amount of your bill 7 days prior to your stay. Payment can be made by card or cash.
Our holiday cottages are serviced personally to maintain a hight standard. Thank you for your custom, and we very much hope you enjoy your stay!
